All businesses need a philosophy.

This is mine…

I focus on the people, not the technology. All technology change or implementation has an effect on the people who are expected to use it. I care about making this a positive effect rather than a negative one. That’s why I work with the people who are implementing it, because it’s their relationship with their users that will have the biggest impact on the success of their project.

I encourage self sufficiency in my clients. My role is to help you get started or get unstuck. I want to make sure that you have the right skills to ensure you can make your current and future projects a success.

No jargon, fluff, or technobabble. There’s no need for it and it doesn’t help move things along. My aim is to provide straight-talking, honest, realistic advice that you can use.

Different methods for different people. People learn in different ways and have different needs at different stages of their projects, so I make my services reflect that. If something doesn’t work for you, let me know and I’ll see if I can make it work in a different way.
